Educate. Empower. Elevate.
While we are not currently providing psychotherapy or clinical counseling services, we offer psychoeducation, prevention, training, advocacy, and community-based mental health education for individuals, families, schools, organizations, and communities.
Our Services
Our services are designed to increase mental health awareness, strengthen communities, and equip individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to support themselves and others.
Supporting mothers begins with understanding their experiences. Through psychoeducation and awareness initiatives, we provide information about maternal emotional wellness, postpartum mental health, identity changes, grief and loss, self-care, and recognizing when additional support may be needed.
Interactive educational experiences designed for schools, parents, caregivers, helping professionals, churches, youth-serving organizations, and community groups. Topics can be customized to address mental health awareness, youth wellness, maternal mental health, grief, resilience, self-care, and more.
Meaningful conversations can create lasting change. Speaking engagements combine professional knowledge, lived experience, and storytelling to engage audiences in conversations surrounding motherhood, mental health, child loss, grief, resilience, youth wellness, and turning pain into purpose.
