As I am currently license-eligible and practicing as a Supervisee in Social Work, I do not provide individual therapy independently through Nurture & Thrive Counseling LLC. My current services through Nurture & Thrive focus on psychoeducation, mental health awareness and prevention, workshops and trainings, Youth Mental Health First Aid, and speaking engagements.

This allows me to use my social work experience and education to support individuals, families, and communities while remaining within the appropriate scope of my current professional role.

Virtual options may be available for select workshops, trainings, educational sessions, and speaking engagements. In-person availability may vary depending on the location and type of service requested.

Crisis counseling is not offered but we will provide you with crisis support information if needed. We are also happy to help you reach crisis support during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST). If you’re having a medical or mental health emergency please call 911. If you’re having thoughts of suicide please call 988 to speak with the suicide crisis line.

Psychoeducation provides information and practical tools to help individuals better understand mental health and emotional wellness. Topics may include maternal mental health, stress management, coping skills, grief awareness, emotional regulation, recognizing signs of mental health concerns, and knowing when and how to seek additional support.

Maternal mental health services are educational and awareness-based rather than psychotherapy. Topics may include postpartum emotional wellness, recognizing signs of postpartum depression and anxiety, self-care, coping with the transition into motherhood, grief and loss, building support systems, and connecting families with appropriate resources.
